Cancellation Policies:

  • For cancellation of the services please cancel your automatic payment profile in your PayPal account settings. If you're not sure how to do it, here is a quick tutorial video for you. Your proxies will be deactivated on the next due date.

Bandwidth:

  • All proxies are limited to 35-40 Gb/Month (if you need to lift up the limit, please to send us an email (packages of 250 proxies or larger)).

Delivery:

  • The proxies will be delivered to the primary PayPal email address used for making the purchase with. Please check that email and not the email you provided in the checkout form.
  • The delivery might take up to 48 hours. This time is used for setting up the proxies best suited for you needs. This time is included in the client's first month of services.

Fraud Check:

  • The fraud check will be performed after making the purchase. The proxies will be delivered only after we receive the confirmation letter from the client.

Proxy Policies:

  • Our proxies can be used from one location at a time only. The second Username/Password pair can be issued upon request.
  • Using proxies for emailing, dating websites, gambling websites, spam, porn websites, torrents, IRC is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
  • Sharing the proxies is prohibited. Sharing the proxies will also cause the account termination without a refund.
  • Up time of our proxy servers is ~97%.

Payment Policies:

  • An automatic payment profile will be created with all payment methods except for the "Credit card payment".
  • If the client signed up for the recurring payments, he would be charged every month until canceled by the client. It is the client's responsibility to cancel the subscription in PayPal. No refunds can be issued in case of the failure to cancel the automatic payments in time.
  • Our services are the prepaid type of services. This simply means that the client pays for a month of services in advance.
  • The account will be deactivated if we do not receive the payment until after the due date.
  • If the charge is declined and we are unable to reach the client, the account reactivation fee of 20% of the monthly total will apply.

Account Policies:

  • It is the client's responsibility to provide us with the correct, up to date contact information.
  • Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of the account without a refund.

Termination/Refund Policies:

  • We reserve the right to terminate any account without a refund.
  • Any illegal activities by using our proxies will result in a termination of the account without a refund.
  • Violation of the terms and conditions will cause termination of the account without a refund.
  • A refund can be issued one time per customer only.
  • The client can get a full refund within first 24 hours of the purchase. This policy does not cover the second and following months of using the proxies.
  • No refunds/replacement will be provided if the proxies got banned or ghosted while they are in possession of the client.
  • No refunds/replacement will be provided if the client already logged in to our proxy system with his Username and Password. The only exception to this policy is when the proxies do not work for a technical reason and we're unable to fix it or replace proxies.
  • We reserve the right to refuse in refund or provide proxy replacement if the client rejected to provide access to his computer to solve the technical problem. No personal data will be used or exposed when we're trying to solve the problem.
  • We reserve the right to refuse in refund/replacement if the client failed to provide us with the accurate "Purpose of using proxies". It is the clients responsibility to provide the accurate and complete information about what proxies will be used for while making the purchase.
  • If the refund is issued in the middle of the subscription period, cancellation fee of 20% of the monthly total will be subtracted from the refund amount.
  • Inappropriate language and behavior with our representatives will cause the account termination without a refund.

Craigslist specific Policies:

  • The proxies we provide for Craigslist are not a special type of proxies that help/improve chances of ads to show up in any way. This type of proxies simply does not exist.
  • We will provide the client with High Anonymous (Level 1) proxies that is the most protected type of proxies. There is no website on the Internet that can detect them as proxies or reveal the client's real IP address (in case if proxies are used properly).
  • The proxies are totally exclusive and the client will get a set of IPs that are password protected. Nobody, but the client will be able to access the proxies.
  • We deliver proxies that have never been used for Craigslist before (within our company). These proxies may have been used for other purposes, though.
  • No refunds/replacements will be provided if the proxies got banned/ghosted while the proxies are in possession of the client. The result of posting almost entirely depends on the posting techniques. It is totally up to the client how to use the proxies.
  • We may provide some tips and additional information that may improve chances of ads to show up, but we are not responsible for the Craigslist posting results in any way.
  • Tips and advices we provide regarding Craigslist posting are just advices and should not be considered as the ultimate guide on how to post on Craigslist without getting ghosted.
  • 24 hours money back guarantee does not cover cases when the proxies are banned/ghosted by the Craigslist. This policy applies to technical issues only. For example when proxies are not working in the client's software/browser and we can't make them work.
  • Refund or an upgrade to a multi-city package for our Craigslist packages can only be made in the case if the client have not yet logged in to our website. The proxies are considered as "used" after logging in and no refunds or exchange can be made afterwards.

Privacy policy:

  • No personal data will be copied, used or shared with 3rd parties after accessing the client's computer.
  • The client's activity while using our proxies will remain private.
